How can you respond?

You can submit your complaint to us in writing; send a letter with your complaint to: center-hostel.com Ltd, PO Box 4402, 2260 BB MUSKOGEE.

What happens next?

If possible, you will receive an answer immediately. Sometimes more time is needed. You will always receive a message within 5 working days of receiving your complaint with:

  • the answer immediately.
  • a confirmation of receipt of your complaint, stating the file number, the person dealing with the complaint, when you will receive an answer and, if applicable, the telephone number for questions.

Were you expecting a different solution?

Do you disagree with the answer to your complaint? Then you can appeal. This means that you let us know by letter that you do not agree with the solution offered and that you want a different solution.
In your letter, mention the following points:

  • description of your complaint.
  • your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • your payment reference number.

Also include copies of the information if this clarifies your complaint. Send the letter to:

What happens next?

The Complaints Management department will confirm receipt and indicate when you will receive an answer. The department will re-investigate your complaint and assess the answer previously given to you. You will then receive another answer. It states that:

  • the problem is solved, or
  • the problem is still under review, or
  • the problem cannot be solved.

Has your complaint not been resolved after all? Then you can engage a complaints committee. center-hostel.com is affiliated with the FSCI so that independent handling of any complaints is guaranteed.
