LA Dog House is giving away pet photos for Valentine’s Day on Sunday

Owner Ruth Scott invites everyone to LA Dog House, 127B East Gate Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, February 13 for a special Valentine’s Day photo shoot for pets and their loved ones with professional photographer Samantha D ‘Anna. Dogs must be kept on a leash and cats in transport cages. LA Dog House opened on March 16, 2015 and is in the same building they started in. They used to be 1,462 square feet indoors but now occupy just over 8,000 square feet indoors, with around 1,500 square feet of fenced outdoor playgrounds. Employee Angelina Vazquez is playing with some of the daycare dogs this week. Dog daycare gives socialized and weathered dogs (not intact or fertile) the opportunity to play together, observed by staff and interact with them, off leash. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 365 days a year. Photo by Bonnie Gordon/
