Gandhinagar, Mondaytime: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said at the launch of ‘Modi Shaishanik Sankul’ built by Shri Modh Vanik Modi Gnyati Milkat Trust Ambaji and Samast Gujarati Modh Modi Samaj Trust in Ahmedabad as the company which prioritized the education in the world has advanced. The Modi caste has prioritized this and built an educational complex creating childcare facilities for the society’s children, this is the right direction and the right path. At the same time, social protection departments must be opened in this way, he added.

The Prime Minister further said that yesterday he did Modeshwari Mata darshan, today he had the opportunity to do Samaj Devta darshan. It is a blessed hour for me to come to the feet of the Samaj and receive the blessings of the Samaj. Modi Samaj is a little samaj leading a very normal life. However, it is commendable that the complex construction work was completed with the support of the entire Samaj. It is a step in the right direction that the Samaj has done this work with a specific goal in mind.

Referring to the discipline and gentleness of the Modi Samaj, the Prime Minister said that this is a Samaj who has never betrayed anyone. Organization is the greatest power these days, Modi Samaj’s ensemble proved that today. He said that despite having been Chief Minister of State for a long time and being Prime Minister twice, not a single person from Samaj came to me with a job. Samaj gave me a lot of support and strength. At the same time, my family and my Samaj have been away from me, so today is an opportunity for me personally to be here and express my gratitude. I respectfully greet this Samaj, he added.

Referring to a small ITI set up in his region, the Prime Minister of Singapore said that improving skills was a priority in this ITI. In this way, it is desirable that today’s young people become leaders in the field of education, but it must also give some form to the development of children’s skills. It’s a universal truth that if you have talent, you’ll never look back. Then, in the future, the strength of those with skills will increase compared to those with degrees, this is also true. The dignity of work is the medicine of progress. He added that the next generation will only be able to make more progress on the basis of professional skills.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said at the launch of Modi Shaishanik Sankul that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has developed a unique culture of “Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas, Sauno Vishwas, Sauno Prayas”. He added that Prime Minister Shri has given a new direction to the overall development keeping in mind the interest of every section of the society and the way of development policy has been shown to the country.

The Chief Minister further said that the government provides basic facilities including education, health, water and housing to all sections of society but when the organizational strength of the Samaj is elbow to neck in elbow, when the Samaj comes forward for welfare, it results in one of the social projects like Modi Shashanik Sankul, he added.

Shri Bhupendra Patel mentioned characteristics of Modi Shaishanik Sankuland said that Modh Modi Samaj is a samaj living in small remote villages in Gujarat.

When the young men and women of this society come to Ahmedabad for higher education, they will get accommodation and dining facilities in this compound. A 12-storey hostel with modern facilities is ready and soon a community hall will be built. The Prime Minister also expressed his belief that the young people of the society will be able to seize many new opportunities in the field of higher education by staying in this new complex.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel mentioned the significant efforts exerted by Shri Narendra Modi for education in Gujarat and said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, as Chief Minister of the state, has been exerting tireless efforts to advance education in Gujarat. For this reason, Gujarat’s school dropout rate was 37% two decades ago, which has dropped to 2-3% today. Previously, there were only 27 universities in Gujarat. Shri Narendra Modi set out to provide the best world class education to the youth of Gujarat at their doorstep and as a result there are 102 universities in the state today.

Before addressing the launching ceremony, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited the “Modi Shaishnik Sankul” and observed each department and system.

Shri Pravin Modi, Chairman of Samast Modh Vanik Modi Samaj Hitvardhak Trust, during his welcome speech, said that Ahmedabad is a hub of education and this complex was built with the aim of providing educational facilities to children of the society. He added that this complex will be useful for the whole Modi samaj and will become a center of unity for all the vadas of the Modi samaj.

Modi Shaisbhanik Sankul built by Samast Gujarati Modh Modi Samaj has many facilities. The complex spread over an area of ​​4978 m² has been fashioned with facilities such as reception area, space for future classes of highly competitive examinations for society children, hostel administration room . Apart from that, it also has a guest bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Although there are 10 hostel rooms on each floor from the second to the twelfth floor, totaling 116 hostel rooms. Thus, accommodation structures for more than 400 students have been created in the complex. The comprehensive works of Phase 1 of the hostel building in the complex, which is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 20 Crore, have been completed. While in the second phase, the construction works of a community hall with modern facilities for the society will soon begin.

State Minister for Tourism and Transport and Former President of Samast Gujarat Modh Modi Samaj Shri Purnesh Modi, State Education Minister Shri Jitu Vaghani, MP Navsari Shri CR Patil, MP Shri Narhari Amin, President of Samast Gujarat Modh Modi Samaj Shri Somabhai Modi, Chairman of Samast Modh Vanik Modi Samaj Hitvardhak Trust Shri Pravin Modi and leaders of Modi Samaj – people were present in large numbers.
