This $32 Million Florida Mansion Is Like Living In A Venetian Palace – Robb Report

What is the Florida version of an Italian estate? The answer is this epic $32 million pad on the southeast coast of the Sunshine State.

Spanning a towering 18,302 square feet, the sprawling vicarage looks more like a Venetian palace than your typical seaside digs. In fact, it’s currently the largest home for sale in the coastal city of Jupiter. It is also located on the largest waterfront parcel in the area, which measures over six acres. So if you buy it, you’ll have two things to brag about.

Built in 2016, the Moorish abode features eight bedrooms and eight full-and-a-half bathrooms. Besides the gigantic residence and guesthouse, there is also a quaint private dock where you can park your boat and over 250 feet of water frontage with endless views of the Loxahatchee River.

The epic estate sits on the Loxahatchee River in Florida.

Leading up to the house you will find a long gated driveway which gives off a tropical feel from the start with palm trees lining both sides. This is Florida, after all. In the backyard, a two-tiered saltwater infinity pool with Moroccan glass tiles is the focal point of the outdoor entertaining area. An outdoor fireplace, kitchen, and patio also add to the ambiance. One of the most interesting features, however, has to be the rock grotto on the lower level of the pool. Sounds like something you might stumble upon in, say, Positano.

Inside, the home takes full advantage of its scenic surroundings with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer views of the water. Thanks to its European influences, the enclave has been finished with tons of fine marble, stone, and custom millwork. It’s also fully furnished, so all those ultra-luxe touches are yours.

Other details include a home cinema room which has been outfitted with a large screen, projection system and leather seats. In the kitchen, meanwhile, a large waterfall island in Calacatta Paonozzo marble plays against custom white cabinetry and gold marble countertops. Not to be outdone, the master suite is a light and airy retreat, with a wet bar, sitting area, two dressing rooms and a fitness room. There is also a set of glass doors that open onto a loggia-style balcony overlooking the grounds, so you can truly pretend you are in a Venetian villa.
