A new Vaquero resident is taking advantage of the golf club’s eighth fairway view with the purchase of the home at 2214 Cedar Elm Terrace, which was sold by Susan Mathews. The golf club’s teeing ground is one of the highest elevations in Tarrant County and overlooks oak and pine trees and Bermuda coastal grass. The 4,980-square-foot, four-bedroom villa was on the market for just 23 days.
Susan Mathews also sold the house located at 2207 Cedar Elm Terrace. This 3,409 square foot three-bedroom villa includes a putting green next to the master suite and a separate guest house.
